We just finished our 1 year lease at Mayla Pompano Beach. Once the community was fully up & running it became a great experience. Mayla is a beautiful place to live & the staff are friendly and responsive. There are lots of community gatherings and always treats available for residents. You’ll enjoy a short walk to the beach and the busy poolside area. The community is active and fun! We would have stayed longer but needed to get closer to work.

Just renewed my lease and am amazed at how this placed has tranformed and turned into an amazing community. Ryan and Sal are always on it. We had a small issue with our bedroom door, and they came and took care of the problem with ease. We are so greatful for all of the work they do around the community as well. And of course shout out to the best office staff (Lindsay, Adam & David), and the clean up ladies that work hard cleaning every morning. Definitely am at home!

My boyfriend and I have been living at Mayla for around a month now and we LOVE it! The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, Publix! The actual building is beautiful and our unit is gorgeous. We love the appliances, the cleanliness, and how friendly all the residents are. The amenities are everything and more you could want in an apartment! We even held a party in the rec room. It was a blast!

I recently toured this amazing property and I must say the tour itself was amazing with the help of Lindsay and Adam. Adam has been amazing and has gone out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable with the unit I choosing to live in after viewing it about 10 times because I'm indecisive. His patience and customer service is greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Definitely a place to tour and keep on the top of the list with its convenient location, amenities, and not to mention it's NEW

Although, I was unable to lease an apartment at the Mayla at this time, I was extremely impressed with the attention and service I received from Adam, one of the leasing agents. He was attentive, responsive and above all, HONEST. Although he is in sales, he did not try to "sell" me. He let the community, even in its infancy sell me on what I could/should expect in the future.
